On July 1st, 2008 my rates will be increasing to keep up with existing costs. The new rate will be $75.00 per hour if I come to you, $60.00 per hour if you bring me with your computer.

Terms: Due on receipt

The base rate is $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.

There is an after hours rate of $112.50 per hour, with a one hour minimum.

Special rates are available for maintenance services, based on a per computer setting.

Travel costs are included in the base price, but due to fuel costs travel time over 30 minutes will be included in the hourly rate.

Monthly system maintenance

A visit on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or quarterly basis will:

·     Ensure that the anti-virus & anti-spyware software is up to date. Insure that all Windows security updates are being applied on a regular basis. 

·     Ensure that each machine is getting regularly scanned with an updated version of spyware removal and anti-virus programs.

·     Ensure that the backup system in place is properly functioning

·     Address any user concerns that may have arisen since the previous visit, fixing all the little things that tend to be annoyances that wouldn't warrant a special trip out by me.

I will always try to  work with your schedule.

In the event you cannot wait until my next available appointment, there will be a  additional fee added to your invoice of  at least $25.

Just because I have an emergency rate listed does not mean I will be immediately available for every emergency.

While I will do my best to accommodate your needs, just remember there are other people with needs as well.
